History
Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate (FIIRE) was founded in 2009. The non-profit organization was the vision of Lourdes “Lou” Canlas and Gloria Gil, long-time professionals in the industry. The concept was to bring together a group of commercial real estate professionals to network, mentor and educate for the advancement of Filipinos in institutional real estate.

Mixers are coordinated in different regions - Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Seattle, Mid-South, New England, San Diego, Hawaii, and the Philippines.

Mentoring

Mentors with expertise can help develop the career of a mentee. FIIRE helps pair up mentor/mentee in this important development relationship.

Outreach

Join us in getting the word out to students and others about the commercial real estate industry.

Annual Dinner

Usually scheduled for the end of summer, FIIRE members come together for an evening of presentations and discussion regarding our industry.
